Your well-being is paramount. The museum allows a limited number of visitors during fixed time blocks.

Keep your distance, wear a mask and follow the instructions provided by the Belgian Safety Council.

An e-ticket entitles you to a one-time visit to the museum on the date and time stated on the ticket. Only visitors with a valid e-ticket and proof of entitlement will be allowed access to the museum.

Visitors who are entitled to free admission (including children, card holders, etc.) must still reserve a (free) e-ticket.

How do I reserve a ticket online?

  1. Select the exhibition for which you want to reserve tickets below.
  2. Select a date and time block.
  3. Choose the number of tickets per available rate.
  4. Click on "Add to shopping cart".
  5. Sign in or register as a new user.
  6. Pay for your tickets.

Rubens House
The permanent collection contains a large number of works by the master himself and by his peers and contemporaries. These are the ten masterpieces that you cannot afford to miss.

Rubens House - Free admission on Wednesday
Every last Wednesday of the month you can visit the museum for free. You also need to reserve an e-ticket for this.
